Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of all aircraft fueling services & up to 5 fuel personnel at any given time.
Coordinate all services that pertain to charter aircraft that may be coming into/leaving Brandon Airport including rental vehicle arrangement, concierge services, ground handling, etc.
Liaise between Municipal Airport personnel, Brandon Flight Centre internal management and any other pertinent parties on a daily basis or as required.
Monitor fuel quality and coordinate necessary audits as required.
Maintaining accurate and precise records including the auditing of apron video surveillance.
Air traffic management including any fueler responsibilities necessary. This may include marshalling, fueling aircraft, de-icing aircraft etc.
Managing all physical inventory including a monthly count of current hangar storage, fuel volumes and parts/equipment needed for regular maintenance of all ground equipment.
Assisting Human Resources with departmental training, policy implementation and Health & Safety related duties including attending regular meetings as the Fixed Base Operations representative.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
Must be authorized to work in Canada.
Must hold a valid Class 5 drivers license.
Mechanical experience would be considered an asset.
Previous aircraft fueling experience preferred.
Experience working with hazardous materials essential.
